Domestic Orders

For wholesale orders please submit the following:

Name of store, shipping/billing address, phone and fax number, email, website, and resale number.

Opening order 150.00.  No minimum on reorders.  Back orders of $50 or less will be canceled.  Prices are subject to change without notice.  All orders will be shipped prepaid with credit card or COD money order.  N30 terms upon approval with submission of credit sheet. Returns require authorization and must be requested within five days of receipt of goods.  Returns for reason other than defect will incur 15% restocking fee.  Twenty five dollar fee for returned checks.
 
International Orders

400.00 minimum order.  Prepaid with credit card or paypal only.
